After more than 10 years, Capt. Daniel Siegenthaler callsign “Sigi” leaves the Patrouille Suisse.
Tiger UNO, Capt. Daniel Siegenthaler callsign “Sigi”, the Patrouille Suisse team leader flew his last flight with the Patrouille outside of Switzerland during the Sanicole Airshow last Sunday.
Sigi is a professional Military pilot since 1993, and member of the Patrouille Suisse for more than 10 years, flying in the numbers 3 and 5 position and finally as team leader for five years.
To celebrate this occasion the Fire & Rescue service at Kleine Brogel gave him and his F-5 a well deserved shower.
Besides flying with PS, he is also a proud member of The Swiss Tigers from Fliegerstaffel 11.
His actual last public display as PS leader will be on October 8th, during the well known Fliegerdemonstration at the Axalp shooting range.
